Ingredients
- 101 cups fresh peaches, diced
- 80.8 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
- 10.1 cup white vinegar
- 1.50.15 cups onion, diced
- 60.6 jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 20.2 cups green bell peppers
- .250.025 cup cilantro, minced
- 30.3 cloves garlic, minced
- 20.2 tbsp lime juice
- 10.1 tsp salt
- 10.1 tbsp cumin
- .250.025 cup sugar
Steps
- Mix all together and boil gently about 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour into pint jars and process 20 minutes.
