Ingredients
- 40.333333333333 cups fresh unflavored yogurt
- 10.0833333333333 medium cucumber peeled and grated
- 40.333333333333 cloves garlic minced very fine
- 20.166666666667 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Place a cheese cloth in a colander and pour in the yogurt. Allow yogurt to drain for several hours. Place the grated cucumber in another colander and drain for 2 hours. Mix all the ingredients and chill.
