Ingredients
- 80.666666666667 medium potatoes boiled
- .250.0208333333333 cup butter
- 10.0833333333333 can cream of chicken soup
- 10.0833333333333 pint sour cream
- 20.166666666667 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- .250.0208333333333 chopped green onion
- Salt to taste
- Crushed corn flakes
- Paprika
Steps
- Boil peeled potatoes until tender. Combine the melted butter, soup, sour cream, cheese and green onion. Fold this into the sliced cooked potatoes and spoon into a casserole dish. Top with crushed corn flakes and sprinkle with paprika. (I use crushed Cheetos.) Bake at 350F until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
