Ingredients
- 10.0666666666667 Devil's food cake mix
- 10.0666666666667 egg
- .50.0333333333333 cup butter, softened
- 80.533333333333 oz cream cheese
- 10.0666666666667 egg
- .330.022 cup sugar
- 100.666666666667 regular sized Reeses Peanut Butter Cups-cut into little pieces
- 10.0666666666667 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 40.266666666667 tbsp heavy cream
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Line 9x13 pan with foil. Spray with cooking oil. Mix cake mix, one egg and butter together then press into baking dish.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg, mixing until well combined, then stir in peanut butter cups. Pour over cake layer and bake for 30-40 minutes or until cheesecake is cooked through.
- Remove and cool completely. Carefully lift out of dish using ends of the foil. Melt chocolate chips in microwave. Stir in cream and mix until glossy smooth. Spread chocolate over cheesecake layer. Note: I eliminated the chocolate layer and they were wonderful!!!
