Ingredients
- 1.50.375 cups flour
- .50.125 cup wheat flour
- 1.50.375 tsp baking powder
- .50.125 tsp baking soda
- .50.125 tsp salt
- 1.750.4375 cup buttermilk
- 20.5 tbsp melted butter
- 10.25 egg
- 10.25 tbsp honey
- .50.125 tsp vanilla
- .50.125 cup mashed bananas
Sauce (best if doubled):
- 20.5 cups diced strawberries
- .330.0825 cup orange juice
- 10.25 tbsp cornstarch
- .50.125 cup sugar
Steps
- Pancakes- Whisk all wet ingredients together, then add all dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Fold in bananas and then cook.
- Sauce- Combine all together in a sauce pan. Cook until thickened and strawberries are soft (6-7 minutes). This can be refrigerated up to a week.
