This is my stepdad's recipe.

Ingredients

• 332.2 slices bread, cubed
• 10.0666666666667 lb ground sausage
• .50.0333333333333 cup margarine
• 20.133333333333 large onions, diced
• 50.333333333333 ribs celery, diced
• 20.133333333333 tbsp poultry seasoning
• 30.2 eggs, beaten
• Chicken stock or 1 heaping tsp instant bouillon
• 30.2 tbsp parsley
• Salt and pepper

Steps

1. Saute sausage in margarine until sausage turns gray. Add onions and celery. Cook until tender (about 10 minutes). Add bread and seasonings, eggs and parsley. Mix together. Add chicken stock as needed.
2. Stuff turkey and bake.
