Ingredients
- .50.5 cup butter
- 22 squares unsweetened chocolate
- .330.33 cup milk
- 11 lb powdered sugar
- 11 tsp vanilla (sometimes I add a little almond extract too)
Steps
- Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. When melted, add milk and stir over low heat until the mixture thickens and separates. Pour into a mixing bowl with powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until smooth. Thicken with more sugar and thin with a little milk.
