Ingredients

• 10.0666666666667 white or yellow cake mix
• .250.0166666666667 cup brown sugar
• .250.0166666666667 cup butter, softened
• .250.0166666666667 cup water
• 20.133333333333 eggs
• .50.0333333333333 tsp vanilla
• .50.0333333333333 bag chocolate chips

Steps

1. Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips. Fold in chocolate chips and spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
