Ingredients
- 10.25 can Cream of Chicken soup (undiluted)
- .50.125 cup mayonnaise
- 20.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 20.5 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 10.25 small onion, chopped
- .250.0625 cup chopped green pepper
- .250.0625 cup chopped red pepper
- 10.25 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 10.25 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 123 oz med egg noodles, cooked and drained
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Add chicken, onions, peppers, 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, and 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese. Mix well. Add noodles and toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350F for 40-45 minutes. Add remaining cheeses and cook until cheese is melted.
