Ingredients
- .250.03125 cup lemon juice
- 10.125 tsp grated lemon peel
- 30.375 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste - about 1/2 tsp
- Freshly ground pepper
Steps
- Whisk together. To serve: Make a bed of Arugula. Placed grilled salmon on top and drizzle with dressing.
