Ingredients
- 30.15 cloves minced garlic
- 20.1 large peppers, red and or green, chopped
- 1.50.075 large onions, chopped
- 271.35 oz can of chicken broth
- 10.05 tsp black pepper
- 1.50.075 tbsp chili powder
- 20.1 tsp cumin
- .1250.00625 tsp cayenne
- 291.45 oz can tomatoes with juice
- 20.1 cans kidney beans, (or navy, pinto or black beans)
- 160.8 oz canned chopped green chilis
- .750.0375 tsp salt or tomato bouillon
- 100.5 oz frozen corn
- 20.1 lbs chicken breast, cooked and diced
Steps
- Throw all together in a large pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla strips, avocados, grated cheese, and salsa if desired.
