Ingredients
- 10.0833333333333 lb ground beef
- 20.166666666667 tbsp chopped onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- 161.33333333333 oz canned tomato sauce
- 161.33333333333 oz hominy with juice
- 161.33333333333 oz black olives drained
- 1.50.125 cups milk
- 10.0833333333333 tbsp chili powder
- .750.0625 cup cornmeal
- Grated cheddar cheese
Steps
- Brown ground beef, chopped onions, salt and pepper to taste and then add all but the cornmeal and cheese. Bring to a boil and add the cornmeal slowly. Then simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Place mixture in a casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in the oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
