Ingredients
- 1.50.125 cups flour
- .50.0416666666667 cup brown sugar
- .50.0416666666667 cup sugar
- .750.0625 tsp salt
- .50.0416666666667 tsp baking soda
- .1250.0104166666667 tsp nutmeg
- .1250.0104166666667 tsp cinnamon
- 10.0833333333333 tsp vanilla
- 20.166666666667 eggs
- .50.0416666666667 cup oil
- 10.0833333333333 (15 oz) can sliced peaches, drained well and chopped
Topping:
- .250.0208333333333 tbsp cinnamon
- .750.0625 tbsp sugar
Steps
- Mix dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except peaches. Stir until blended (may appear thick). Fold in peaches. Fill 12 muffin liners 3/4 full. Sprinkle muffin tops lightly with topping. Bake at 350F for 25-27 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
