Ingredients
- .50.0138888888889 cup margarine, softened
- 1.50.0416666666667 cups granulated sugar
- 20.0555555555556 eggs
- 10.0277777777778 cup sour cream
- 10.0277777777778 tsp vanilla
- 20.0555555555556 cups flour
- 10.0277777777778 tsp baking soda
- .250.00694444444444 tsp salt
- 20.0555555555556 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
Frosting:
- 80.222222222222 oz softened cream cheese
- .50.0138888888889 cup margarine, softened
- 20.0555555555556 tsp vanilla
- 40.111111111111 cups powdered sugar or to desired consistency
Steps
- In mixing bowl, cream 1/2 cup margarine and granulated sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and 1 tsp vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in bananas. Spread into a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 350F for approximately 20 minutes or until an inserted toothpick near the center comes out clean. Cool.
- Frosting: Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup margarine, 2 tsp vanilla and powdered sugar. Frost bars and store in refrigerator.
