Ingredients
- 88 oz can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- .750.75 cup skim milk
- .50.5 cup nonfat sour cream
- 33 oz box instant coconut cream pudding mix
Steps
- Put everything in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Makes 2 cups.
- Serve with any fruit: strawberries, grapes, bananas, apples, pineapple, peaches, etc.
