Ingredients
- 10.166666666667 head cauliflower
- .50.0833333333333 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- .660.11 cup Parmesan cheese
- .660.11 cup seasoned bread crumbs (crushed croutons work well)
- 40.666666666667 tbsp melted butter
Steps
- Clean, cut into large florets and cook cauliflower until just tender. Place in greased casserole dish. In a separate bowl, combine all other ingredients. Sprinkle this over the cauliflower. Bake at 400F for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
