Ingredients
- 20.2 bulbs garlic, roasted and mashed
- 2.50.25 lbs potatoes
- .50.05 cup milk
- 40.4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 10.1 cup sour cream
- .250.025 cup butter
- 20.2 tsp salt
- 10.1 tsp pepper
Steps
- Peel and cube potatoes and boil for 15-18 minutes or until tender. Drain and transfer to mixer. Mix potatoes on low until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and mix until nice and creamy.
