Ingredients
- 30.15 eggs
- 30.15 cups buttermilk
- 60.3 tbsp salad oil
- 30.15 cups flour
- 30.15 tbsp sugar
- 30.15 tsp baking powder
- 1.50.075 tsp baking soda
- 1.50.075 tsp salt
- 1.50.075 tsp cinnamon
- 2.250.1125 cups grated apple
Syrup:
- 10.05 cup sugar
- 20.1 tbsp cornstarch
- .250.0125 tsp cinnamon
- .250.0125 tsp nutmeg
- 20.1 cups apple cider
- 20.1 tbsp lemon juice
- .250.0125 cup butter
Steps
- Beat the eggs, add the rest of the ingredients except the apples and mix until blended. Stir in grated apple. Cook on hot griddle until done and serve immediately.
- Make syrup by combining dry ingredients together in a saucepan. Stir in liquids. Boil one minute and then add butter. Make syrup and keep warm while making pancakes.
