Ingredients
- 30.428571428571 large green peppers, diced
- 30.428571428571 large onions, diced
- 182.57142857143 large tomatoes, scalded, peeled and chopped
- 60.857142857143 tsp salt
- 20.285714285714 cups sugar
- 1.50.214285714286 dried red chili pepper, (chile de arbol)
- 20.285714285714 cups apple cider vinegar
- .50.0714285714286 tsp ground cloves
- .250.0357142857143 tsp ground ginger
- .50.0714285714286 tsp ground nutmeg
- 20.285714285714 tsp cinnamon
- .250.0357142857143 tsp cayenne pepper
Steps
- Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for 6 hours. Pour into pint jars, seal and water bath for 20 minutes, or according to you altitude. Makes 7 pints.
