Ingredients
- 20.333333333333 eggs
- .50.0833333333333 cup milk
- 10.166666666667 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 30.5 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 20.333333333333 tbsp minced parsley
- .50.0833333333333 tsp garlic powder
- .250.0416666666667 tsp salt
- .1250.0208333333333 tsp pepper
- 20.333333333333 lbs boneless top sirloin steaks cut into 1/4 inch slices
Steps
- Have the butcher cut meat and put them through the tenderizing machine.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, and seasonings. Dip steak in egg mixture, then into the bread crumbs and coat well.
- Heat some oil in a large skillet. Brown steak over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels if needed. Serve with slices of lime.
