Ingredients
- 20.0833333333333 lbs lean ground beef
- 10.0416666666667 cup Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- .330.01375 cup ketchup
- 20.0833333333333 tbsp soy sauce
- 20.0833333333333 eggs
- .50.0208333333333 tsp garlic powder
- .330.01375 cup dried parsley
- .250.0104166666667 tsp pepper
- 20.0833333333333 tbsp minced onion
- 120.5 oz chili sauce (Heinz)
- 10.0416666666667 can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 10.0416666666667 tbsp lemon juice
- 20.0833333333333 tbsp brown sugar
Steps
- Mix beef, stuffing, ketchup, soy sauce, eggs, garlic powder, parsley, pepper, and onion. Form into 1 inch meatballs.
- Put the chili sauce, cranberry sauce, lemon juice, and brown sugar in a saucepan and heat through. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350F for 1/2 hour or until cooked through.
