Ingredients
- 30.1875 cups chopped celery
- 10.0625 cup chopped onions
- 10.0625 cup ketchup
- 10.0625 cup barbecue sauce
- 10.0625 cup water
- 20.125 tbsp cider vinegar
- 20.125 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 20.125 tbsp brown sugar
- 10.0625 tsp chili powder
- 10.0625 tsp salt
- .50.03125 tsp pepper
- .50.03125 tsp garlic pwder
- 30.1875 to 4 lbs boneless beef roast
- Hamburger buns
Steps
- In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients except roast and buns. Mix well. Add roast. Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours or until very tender. Remove roast, cool. Shred meat and return to sauce. Heat through. Using a slotted spoon, fill each bun with about 1/2 cup of meat mixture. The leftovers freeze very well.
